These brand and copy guidelines demonstrate the correct way for partners and organizations to apply the Mining.Taxi brands. Keeping the Mining.Taxi brands and naming conventions consistent across all platforms, results in greater clarity, trust, and usage of TAXI, RIDE, TCT tokens.

Official Logo Use

• Mining Taxi Inc. transferred the right to Taxi Community to use the Mining.Taxi Trademarks. You may use Mining Taxi Inc. (“Mining.Taxi”) trademarks, which include Mining.Taxi word marks and logos (“Trademark(s)” or “Mining.Taxi Trademarks”), only in compliance with these guidelines and only for lawful purposes. Except as expressly stated in these guidelines or the terms of other agreements between you and Mining.Taxi, no other rights are granted to you.

• The status of Mining.Taxi Trademarks may change, and it may be necessary to revise these guidelines from time to time. You are responsible for complying with the most current version.

• Mining.Taxi Trademarks may only be used to refer to TAXI, RIDE, TCT tokens, Mining Taxi Inc., and Mining.Taxi products and services. You acknowledge that Mining Taxi Inc. is the sole owner of the Mining.Taxi Trademarks. You promise that you will not interfere with Mining.Taxi rights, including challenging Mining.Taxi use, registration of, or application to register its Trademarks, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Mining.Taxi Trademarks. You may not register or use the Mining.Taxi Trademarks in connection with a company name, trade name, domain name, social media account, avatar, online advertising tool (such as Google AdWords), or third-party product or service, or in any other way that may imply Mining.Taxi sponsorship or endorsement. You may not use the Mining.Taxi Trademarks for any phishing, malware, crowdsourcing, or other unlawful, deceptive, or manipulative activities. The goodwill derived from using the Mining.Taxi Trademarks belongs exclusively to Mining Taxi Inc.

• When using Mining.Taxi Trademarks that incorporate designs, such as its logos, the Trademark images must be copied from materials supplied by Mining Taxi Inc., such as those available for download above. The appearance of the Trademark logos may not be altered without Mining Taxi Inc. permission and the display of logo images must be clear and undistorted.

• Mining Taxi Inc. reserves the right to object to any use of its Trademarks that it considers unlawful or improper, even if the use is not prohibited by these guidelines. You agree to immediately cease use of Mining.Taxi Trademarks upon receiving notice of Mining Taxi Inc. objection to your use, and if applicable, you agree to assign or have transferred to Mining Taxi Inc, any infringing social media profiles/handles/accounts, trademark filings, domains, or other assets that violate these guidelines automatically upon notice by Mining Taxi Inc.

The Mining.Taxi symbol represents Mining.Taxi service and TAXI, RIDE, TCT tokens. The symbol must always be displayed alone on a white background only.

Mining.Taxi Logo

The Mining.Taxi logo must always remain in tact with the symbol on the below. The logo can’t be chopped, the symbol moved above, or the text displayed alone. The logo must only be displayed on a white background.
