Taxi Community has created a flexible and transparent management system. Any holder of the TAXI token can contribute to the development of Mining.Taxi. To do this, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) works in Mining.Taxi.

How DAO Mining.Taxi works

DAO Mining.Taxi is based on a voting system, which is implemented on the basis of smart contracts, thanks to which the management process is automated, and each vote and decision is recorded in the blockchain. Note that for operations in the DAO, not the TCT token is used, but the TAXI token (read below on how to get it).

The owner of a sufficient number of TAXI tokens can formulate his own initiative and put it to the vote of the community. The more detailed the description and justification of the idea, the more informed decision the community can make. After that, other members of the DAO cast their votes for or against.

Each initiative has its own page where you can see the description and all the votes cast. When submitting a vote, you can include a comment to justify your decision.

How many TAXI tokens are needed for voting

To submit a proposal to the vote, you need to have at least 100,000 TAXI. To pass it, you will need a soft majority (50% + 1 vote), as well as at least 5 million coins “for”.

But you can vote with any number of TAXI, there is no minimum threshold.

How to vote in Mining.Taxi DAO

To take part in Mining.Taxi DAO voting, you will need:

• TAXI BEP20 tokens. They are distributed free of charge to holders of TCT tokens.

• Web3 wallet for BEP20 blockchain crypto assets for Chrome browser like MetaMask. It can also be installed in the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Now you need to do a few simple steps:

• Before voting, connect your Web3 wallet and make sure it has TAXI tokens available.

• Now you can participate in voting. The weight of your vote is determined by the TAXI amount blocked in the DAO contract. The list of all votes is available in a separate section of the site. You can only vote on initiatives with the Active status. If the proposal is published, but not yet active, you will see it count down to the start of voting.

Nuances of participation in Mining.Taxi DAO

You can only vote once for each proposal, but you can vote in any number of simultaneous votings.

Tokens locked in the DAO can be withdrawn at any time. To do this, you must first unlock them from all the votes in which you participated and transfer them back to your wallet.

So far, there is no unified system of rewards for participation in Mining.Taxi DAO, however, airdrops will be held periodically for users.
